Chop..Chop


Chopped onion, bell pepper, garlic, and fresh dill from the garden are added to diced boiled potatoes and mayonnaise to make potato salad


Having an herb garden has helped us enjoy food so much more.  The weather here is conducive year round for growing (we pretty much live in a green house)!!  Our parents had to send us these seeds, unfortunately these herbs are not used in Filipino food like other Asian cultures.
